Repair and maintenance work

• Health check on the APC system component to determine its functionality and its repair and maintenance requirement.

• Regular maintenance on centrifugal fan; change bearing, pulley, belt, cleaning and perform dynamic balancing on fan impeller and repair and change of drive motor.

• On dust collector, change filter, cages, diaphragm/pilot valve, regulator, timer controller, tubing, gauges. repair and replace flexible joint, damper, knocker, rotary valve, refurbish of dust collector and etc.

• On ducting system, repair and replace broken duct, cleaning and clearing work for duct with accumulation inside.

• Air monitoring by competent person for reporting purpose.
